Careers
Senior, remote roles building software for US and UK clients.
We’re a remote team of engineers, designers and marketers who adopted AI tools early. You’ll work across different clients and stacks, speak to clients yourself, and see your work go into production quickly.
You talk to clients directly
There’s no account manager between you and the client. You hear the problem first-hand and you’re responsible for the result, not just the ticket.
AI as a daily tool
You’ll use AI tools every day for routine work, and you’ll be trusted to know where they shouldn’t be relied on.
Remote, with real overlap
Work from anywhere, with working hours that overlap US or UK clients. Clear written communication matters as much as code.
Open roles
Senior Full-Stack Engineer
TypeScript, React/Next.js, Node, PostgreSQL. Build and run production systems for clients, using AI tools for routine work and your own judgment for the rest.
AI Engineer
LLM applications, agents, RAG and automation. Make AI features behave predictably in production, with validation, guardrails and monitoring.
Shopify / WordPress Developer
Custom Shopify stores and WordPress sites: Liquid, Hydrogen, custom themes and performance work.
Performance Marketer (SEO/AEO)
Run SEO, AI search (answer engine optimization, or AEO) and content programs for clients, measured on rankings, citations and pipeline.
